I remember going to a game after driving up from Cortland after that storm in 06. And one fan asked if I had power, and I was like "ummm, yeah?" :doh:

That was an incredible game to follow the storm.

I was at the Sharks game last season, and it felt sooooo similar. A tragedy the night before, the crowd downtrodden, and a goddamned amazing game to help alleviate the horrors of it all for at least one night.

I remember listening to the game on the radio. I was fortunate to have power during most of the fiasco, but I went a long time without any internet or cable.

I was at the Sharks game tooooo! What a memorable game.
