oh yeah man...pork butt and veal with some added pork fat right there.
We made up some Brats and spicy Italian sausage last night.

Hi All,

As some of you already know, I am on an indefinite leave of absence from the forum for personal reasons. I wanted to announce, however, that regarding the pub I am handing over all operations to Crosscheck, and am quite certain that he will do a fantastic job running the show in my stead.

I concur. In fact, my plans for tonight ar to get some Thai food and stay in with Rebecca. We've been together the last four New Year's Eves, and I don't believe we've been away from home come midnight once.

God I'm getting old.

I couldn't tell you the last time I left the house on New Years Eve. I love staying home and eating whatever seafood appeals to me at the moment. I'm steaming crab legs now and watching the Habs game. The last three years specifically, is all about gearing up for the Winter Classic.

I'll be here to ring in the New Year with whomever else is hanging out at home :)

ETA: Who's tending bar? XC? I'll have the driest Cab blend you have. Please and thanks.
