So if this goes to a shootout do they clean the ice or not? Becuase they never cleaned it in the Buffalo classic

I act like Lindy Ruff during shootouts.

Sometimes i feel like listening to them. Other times, I leave the room and find out the outcome from the postgame.

They cleaned it every intermission and once during the third period. I don't know what you're talking about.

I do the ultimate Lindy - I watch the opposing shooters but not the Sabres.

The same guy who made shootouts not count in a players stats but its counted against the Goalies win loss total.

I think they want it to go to a shootout - which would leave less downtime until the Sabres game :D

When the shootout happened in the 2008 Buffalo Pittsburgh out door game they never cleaned the ice before the shootout, Crosby scored the goal in a snow banks
