Atlanta's third goal in particular was ridiculous. I don't care that they were on the PK; he was left aaaaaaallll alone a few feet in front of the net, just waiting for a pass and the one-timer.
Ya like really? that just not freaking acceptable. I'm waiting for the day he rips them a new one and just asks for a little more support on the back end reducing the number of shots and a hell of a lot more on the offensive end! How can he keep stealing games himself with the help of 1-2 goals and some 37 shots against? That's ridiculous. People say he's coming back down to earth but with the amount of shots he faces every game and the support he gets from his team on offense theres that much he's able to do.
He's had a couple bad games in the past ten or so. He got pulled the last one, and he allowed five goals in another (which skews his GAA in them; I don't remember who but somebody in some thread mentioned his GAA in recent games, and without that game in there it's a different picture thanks lol I looked it up), but tonight, um.... Can't say I blame him for any of those goals.
Typically he makes 2-3 near-impossible saves per game, but you can't expect him to have already made the 5-6 that he would have had to make to keep Atlanta at one goal or scoreless right now.
