To be fair, I think that the guys that run Islander Mania had it setup, then were approached by the franchise to have the boards be the 'official' boards of the team. Now that the franchise is following the NHL mandate, the original operators of the board are taking their shit back.

Everything on the NHL portal/network is sloooooooooow as all shit - Even the main site has so much interactive content that it takes a while to load on a T2...

Yeah, I would never talk trash to other fans unless THEY started with me. And that's only pointed with guilty fans.
But, trash talking to other teams and trolling makes the Sabres look bad. You may not think, but fans acting stupid lowers our team's rep. Not by much, but if enough people do it, it can be bad.

That's why I stay off of the Flappers board...you're just asking for trouble. I'm a part of the FlushingCane board but just to feel better about how much LESS they think they know about hockey.

My friend is a Bengals fan, and on one board they have a section just for Browns fans to post in....

I think all sports boards should have that for their biggest rivals haha.
