I always bowl like an 85 my first two games, and then the third is randomly 160-210. Every time.

I don't understand it.

Umm yes! If you read the people who responded to that post you'll see that no one knows what the hell it is and they just live with it for YEARS. :?

I'll become a doctor and discover what it is that causes it. Perform crude autopsies like Da Vinci on people that had it.

Random health/body things like that are so weird.

Sometimes I have fantasies of me putting out a cigarette on the spot. It's SO BAD. Some people have suggested acupuncture or cortizone injections. I don't care if it cures it, but the thought of someone jabbing a needle into the spot is good enough for me. I'm definitely going to look into it because sometimes it's so bad it wakes me up in the middle of the night and I can't fall back asleep because it bothers me too much.

when people dont text/call back

That's completely me, I do that to people all the time. I feel bad because I know I'm guilty, but a lot of the time it's a situation where I get the text and go 'oh yeah, I'll respond, but I don't want to respond too quickly' so I put it off for a few minutes, then forget. My friends get really pissed because like 12 hours later I'll actually respond to things

:o I thought I was the only one that happens to! To make it worse, I am ticklish on the spot as well, so scratching gives relief, but causes discomfort at the same time.

great, as a hypochondriac, i have something else to sweat over every time my foot gets an itch. thanks.

Becoming a hypochondriac is the easiest thing ever if you peruse the Mayo Clinic all day.

*is tired and has some sore muscles*
*visits Mayo Clinic*
OH CRAP I HAVE LUPUS WHAT AM I GONNA DO NOW

I use that site to edumucate myself on random diseases. I love learning about that stuff.

/fueling the fire :P

go see a rhuematologist of courseeeeeeeee.

Of course, I'd be more convinced of your diagnosis if you had a fever and stiff joints and swelling in unusual places!

:|

No, no, no, you just go to the Mayo Clinic and self-diagnose. No need to waste your time going to see some silly doctor! And clearly muscle soreness = arthritis. I mean, duh. Everybody knows that arthritis manifests everywhere. And when I run outside in the middle of winter my lungs burn, so obviously I have inflamed lungs.

YOU DON'T KNOW MY LIFE, OK?!

YOU DON'T KNOW MY LIFE SINCE I LEGIT HAVE LUPUS!

oops did i say that out loud? shhhhh. i hate telling people because i don't "look sick" because technically i'm not "sick" because i am a good patient so then they forget but sometimes i forget and half mention it and then i have to re-explain it!
That would be another of my pet peeves.

We still have our last rewinder, too (it's a blue car lol). But no VCR.

:(

I want to watch Star Wars. We have the original versions on VHS, before they started messing with them beginning in 1997 with the twentieth anniversary and rerelease in theaters. They were fine without all the extra crap thrown into each scene for no reason.

Were you offended? I was poking fun at hypochondriacs that go on websites like the above and see symptoms that aren't really there because they read a list of them. I apologize if you were.

Just a teeny bit at first, but after "you don't know my life" I realized you were kidding. Maybe if I were sick all the time like it sounds like other people with lupus are then maybe I would be. It just seems weird that that was what you were making fun of.

It's all good.
