They come in every year to inspect things. It's the Catholic Health System.

They always find something wrong. I don't think they had any issues with the way things are done in the kitchen, though. :shock:

Classical music sounds terrible in midi format. I would hate to compose something and then hear it in a Super Nintendo game or something. EW EW EW. :?
