Puts him behind only Mike Green on defense according to their ranking, and everyone would agree that Myers' all around game is much, much better.

Time to change the nickname from "Big Easy" to "Calder Norris".

I wonder if in a couple years the league and media will be all in Myers ass like they are with Crosby now. I think it would be cool because we have a superstar and one of the best in the league, but on the other hand it would be really annoying always having him shoved down our throats.

JK, you can never hear to many positive reviews about Myers :D

I want to know who Darcy is going to acquire as a long term d-partner for Myers. It should be someone that is a solid stay-at-home, physical d-man that is young enough to handle big minutes, and preferably left handed.

I sure as hell hope Weber can be that guy.

If Weber is that guy (well, he is solid stay-at home, mean, and young), then that pair could be ridonk

I think in a few years that Brayden McNabb may be a guy we're saying the same things about, he's a good physical player, with some decent skills. Hockey's Future has him rated at a 6.5; however I have a feeling in the next two years we'll see him up around a 7.5; he's been a monster from what I've read.

hockeys future ratings rarely go up, hell, enroths have gone down. they have myers as a 8.0 C, meaning he could dip to a 6.0

4th highest scoring d-man in the Dub, mean streak, solid numbers, good minutes, big boy. Just can't fight (as I've exhorted elsewhere).

Manning the machine gun on the Tyler Myers Bandwagon - just in case any teams have an idea of prying him away from us (3 GM's shot already)

Connolly/Roy - 2 goals in the last 47 playoff games

With Miller and Myers on our team for many years to come, it's hard seeing us not being stanley cup champs at least once.. I've got the chills just thinking about it..

Id like to get the calls that crosby's Penguins get.. Refs have crapped on us for too long..

We get more power plays than any other team in the league.

Not exaggerating, either.

Maybe the refs don't hate us this year... Or maybe we're working hard and have Kaleta..
