Hey guys, just got home, can somebody recap the goals scored? (won my hockey game tonight 8-5, stopped 31 of 36 shots)

Ducks go up 4-0 in the first 10:16 of the game, Lalime is pulled, Sabres come out on fire in the second period with 3 unanswered goals and have 19,000 metric ass-tons of momentum going into the third.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I went to bed as Lalime *CORRECTED* got pulled and some intense tweets got me out of bed.

OK, so going by Facebook I know this game started off 4-0 and is now 4-3 at the second intermission.

Missed the first two periods because I had an engagement at 9:30, like every Tuesday night. CURSE 10:00 STARTS.

basically, their heads must have been delayed in Phoenix and got to Anaheim in time for the second period

I like the emphasis on "corrected" in the post.

I wish no pulling of goaltenders occurred. I would be sad if it were Miller because that means his stats are gonna go down, but I'm sad that it was Lalime because he's been doing so, so well lately.

Lalime got pulled. He wasn't god awful though. 4th one was mega fluke so coach pulled him at about the right time.

Wow, anyone watching the game on NHL network, Hossa on the breakaway and launched a slapper = retardedly sick shot!

Sens beat the crackhawks though. But MAN what a shot!

SOG were 17-17 in the 1st, and 11-3 for Buffalo in the 2nd.

For some reason DirecTV started the broadcast late and I missed the first two goals. Saw replays but didn't get a good feel for who screwed up or what broke down. Buffalo really should have tied it with several missed scoring chances (Vanek breakaway, MacArthur's strong move to the front right after the last PP ended, but couldn't finish).

I think that beside the momentum, Anaheim's defense is just not that good this season. If Buffalo keeps the gas pedal down I would be surprised if they didn't at least get to OT, if not win in regulation.
