I'm going to get off the computer, go to bed and get some sleep. I've got a big day of burning Pominville in effigy ahead of me tomorrow.

I would have lost it if he managed to pull off that giveaway on the blueline after Miller was pulled.

As pissed as we all are, folks, in all honesty what were the chances of us coming out of this R/T with 14 pts? Don't get me wrong, I hate to lose to these fucking tards, but maybe this will light the fire under us for our games against the other west coast teams we're set to play.

We have 5/8 pts so far, nothing to snub your nose at. Still a few pts out there to get.

I don't think the team believes in Lalime. They play differently in front of Miller.

Well there mr. GM you find an option under 1 million that we won't have to give an arm and a leg to get.

I didn't like Pominville or MacArthur's games tonight at all; well based on the half I did see. I'm really starting to look at MacArthur as a waste of space. Take away his early start, and he's done nothing. If he's doing nothing, and not scoring, he's dead useless to this team.

Mac is tied for 3rd in goals on the team.

He may be higher after tonight's goal.

Absolutely atrocious first period, but they definitely clawed their way out of that hole in the second and third. They just couldn't make it over the hump. Somewhat understandable (being generous) due to jetlag, being so far from home and back to back games, but we NEED to start showing up in the first period.

All and all, entertaining game after the first and the team certainly has some character. May we kick some LA ass on Thursday.

but they were not like that after Lalime came back from reconditioning. They played great in front of him for a few games now they're back to the way they were.....complete bullshit on their part

This was one of the road games we should have won. The Ducks are celler dwellers with all kinds of injuries. I figured I would be happy if we picked up half the points on this road trip. I just hate to see them squander points that are there for the taking.

Most of us said we would get between 10-14 points, and I think we still will.

Backup goalies are not worth an arm an a leg. Put Lalime on waviers, or release him, trade Sekera and a mid level pick to get a backup goalie who has more than an .800 save percentage and a GAA under 3 at least.

There are some arms and legs on this team that need to get with the program or get bundled in a trade for a back up to Miller who can win more games than he loses. I am starting to believe that this team...this team, not next year's team...can win the Cup. So let's make it happen now.

Dam stats will say a loss to Miller even though it really should go to Lalime.

He is? Is it because he played 2 periods? That's bullshit...another reason why they should have kept his skinny ass on the bench.

I'm just pissed off...I know in retrospect it was a good idea to play him because they Sabres battled back, but I'm so pissed we didn't even get a point out of that game after such a come back. Might as well have kept Lalime in and had the game be 12-0.
