Yeah, thats the way most fire halls are. A good friend of mine works at the Kiantone fire hall in Chautauqua County, and people are always stabbing each other in the back to get ahead. Sad that being head of a volunteer organization takes priority over being a decent human being.

no i'm cool with it. I believe that young people need to learn about alcohol, plus i'm italian, my grandparents have had me having wine when i was basically 5. i think by introducing me to alcohol i knew how to have better control when i reached college.

I could go on about this for hours from personal experiences. I'm not longer doing volunteer fire or EMS because of these people. It makes me sad, I miss it.

If everyone's going to be dry this could be a dull event!!

i did that once, wrote her a poem and all. she was really taken by it all, and i thought we might actually have a relationship started but the fact that she was in florida and me in NY. i asked her out that night after work but she didn't call till i was back in NY.
