Yeah, 'trying to make a save with the jersey' is a fairly weak, and blatantly bullshit, observation.

The hands are the only drawback, but he'd only be passing 5 feet at a time anyways. Basically, win his check along the boards, and pass to guy in front or the REAL play-maker on the line. I think he'd be a good first liner on team with 2 sure fire forwards.(IOW Darcy has probably gotten a few calls about him)

I can't believe that wasn't a goal.
