I know that Brodeur is the king of the shutouts, but does anyone know if the NHL keeps records on the team that has been shutout the most (in a season)?

I know they are skating well, but I wouldn't complain if the Sabres took a few more shots.

The modern-day record for a team being shut out in a season is held by the Columbus Blue Jackets at sixteen, during the 2006-2007 NHL season. Yes it does.
