I've got friends at RIM... An acquaintance from highschool's father reports to balsillie. He gets a new phone every couple months -- all atleast 6-8 months before they're released or publicized occasionally.

Lots of good phones out there.

But I've never used a touch screen phone that works as well as the iPhone.

i love the storms screen, cause it actually clicks. thats huge to me. when i use an iphone, thats something i dont like, but im also not used to it.

The click is pretty nice for typing, but I'm so used to typing on the iPhone I really don't miss it.

The one thing I don't like about the storm is it doesn't feel as responsive as the iphone in its other functions like scrolling and resizing and so on.

exactly. if i got an iphone, im sure id get used to the screen in a week.

I've had the Tour for about half a year now, and it is a pretty good phone overall.

It just lags, at points, though. Also, it doesn't have enough interaction with a pc yet. I want to find an easy program to sync a calender properly. I want options like delete all emails or delete all texts.

I know there is near unlimited allowances, but I cannot keep up with my emails, and a mass delete would be nice.

Maybe there is one?

there is one. highlight the top date. hit your blackberry button. delete prior.

The biggest issue for iPhones for me is the lack of a click when typing also, but like you said Mike, would get used to it quick.

I had the same experience. Thought the onscreen only keyboard would suck, but I got used to it quite quickly.

You can turn clicking on in your settings. Go to Settings -> Sounds -> Keyboard Clicks and slide it on. I actually don't like the clicking, but I love my iPhone! <3

no, beth. the storms screen actually moves when you type. its actually like pushing a button.
