Legs especially.

If I can make a small suggestion, don't weigh in every day, weigh in every week, or 10 days, or 2 weeks. You'll drive yourself nuts weighing in every day, because some days you'll weigh 118, and others you'll weigh 123, and it will make you feel like crap. I fluctuate between 220 and 224 during the day if I weigh in right now 3 times a day. I wake up in the morning, and weigh like 220-1 and then before i go to bed, I weigh in at like 223-4.

Fluctuation is normal, especially for women, because you naturally carry more water weight than men.

Well, I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be, legs are a bit, and I'm going to work them out tomorrow with some more skating too.

Not to be a douche or anything, I probably could lose that in an hour of doing nothing.

I eat, then when it digests it's gone. haha

the only way that can be taken results in you being a douche.

3 sets of leg press, extension, curl, high and low row, flat and incline bench, arm curls and skull crushers with 8-12 reps each...then 35 minutes on the treadmill.

I'm 18 with a high metabolism. I'm young still.

Swam with my swimmers today while they did a lap-a-thon fundraiser for "Reach Out to Youth". I did maybe 500, but I was too busy watching their strokes under the water. oh well, not like I was sponsered or anything

Some people are really anal about weighing themselves. If you feel you have to do it on a daily basis, then the best time to do it is in the morning right after you wake up, and after you use the rest room.

I did my usual 30 minute, 2 mile walk Leslie Sansone video. I sweat like a pig. I'm trying to do it every day until I feel like I can do the 45 minute, 3 mile walk. Then I'll brave the Jillian Michaels shreds.

Depends on who you're fighting.

I'm going to start drinking again...thoughts, opinions, criticisms?

no offense, of course, but ive come to the conclusion that MMA fighting is a step above WWE wrestling. the main difference is MMA is real. that only encapsulates its fans though. you know the type, the fat guy wearing a "tap out" shirt who has never stepped foot in a ring. or octagon. whatever. to me, those tool bags are worse then frat boys. he insists he could knock you out because he watched kimbo slice do it.

the actual fighting is wicked hard on people, and they are very well trained. if its your bag, go for it.

I trained and have fought twice, nothing serious, kind of like an MMA club back home, had to wear head gear, mouth guard, and knee pads. I have no visions of ever fighting UFC or anything of that nature, but the cardio and working out is fun, and great for you. I'm more less wanting to do the training. I do own tap our gear, but I've also stepped into the ring, and I've also had real training in wrestling, boxing, and grappling.

I'm not that pretender who works a bar room, and acts like a tough guy. Those guys drive me nuts as well, because they're punks, and would get choked out within 30 seconds in any fight with a real fighter.

I swam in high school, kinda miss it now. I was in the best shape of my life back then. Pounded out around 13k yards a day in season, and at least 5k yards 4 times a week out of season.

Now I get tired driving my truck 13k yards.
