fluery does suck. he only has a really great team in front of him.

That is why he won a cup, Malkin and Crosby had 60 points in them.

His Sv% was a terrible .902 or something last years playoffs.

well. no kidding. two players did all the scoring? and they won a cup? thats usually how it goes.

the flower does not suck.

This is where we disagree, look at his stats this year. I don't think he is even remotely elite or above average.

stats dont tell the story. the pens are a score first, defend later team. hes incredibly talented and gifted. possibly the most talented goalie in the NHL. and hes 24 years old. hes still going through growing pains. you dont win a stanley cup with a shitty goalie.

You can easily win a Stanley Cup with a shitty goaltender.

The Pens did it last year. Had Malkin or Crosby not scored that much they would not have won the Cup.

The year before, MAF was the only reason they were that far.

You're not going to convince me MAF is great, we all have our opinions.

of course they wouldnt have won the cup. its a team sport. and fleury played brilliantly when he needed to. anyone can look at numbers, but the truth is, the pens style of play only hurts fleurys numbers, but he gets wins, and can and has won games all by himself. he could be great, hes young.

I still don't care for him.

When we played a way to hurt Miller's numbers Miller is still far superior to what MAF has done this year.

.911 that year, you're thinking of 07-08 when Miller had a .906 and had a bad year.

MAF is s.909 right now, he was much lower than that before and last I looked.

He did, but hasn't been that since unfortunately.

Unless they net one within the next two or so minutes, I don't think this one is meant to be.
