It's always around 68 degrees here, and I'm constantly freezing. I don't know if it's just perception on my part, or if something with the processed air bothers me, or even if its the humidity.

It's weird because outside I usually don't get cold too easily, though I'm not sitting at a desk the entire time I'm outside.

I like it between 70-72. Unfortunately the thermostat for our entire suite is in my office, so the other guys play games with it all day. :)

I keep wanting to get a thermometer for my house so I can see what is comfortable for me. At least then I'll know if I'm a crazy person a lot.

I know I've had issues with poor circulation and high blood pressure so I don't know if that contributes at all.

More likely than not. My girlfriend has diabetes; her feet are FREEZING at night.

68 is good in the winter. 64-65 is fine with me.

72-75 in the summer.

Not that I have an office, but that is a temperature I'm comfortable working in.

I dunno what a good temp would be, but anything cooler than what it is right now in this god forsaken building would be bliss! The air is so dry it's my contacts/eyes gooey. And only 2 people know the code for the air exchange.

Hang on. I need to go Wayne Brady on someone in here to get that code.....

back in grand rapids, i used to keep a box fan in the open window at night in the winter. it routinely got down to the 40s. i love sleeping in the cold. before i woke up, id close the window so the room had time to get in the 60s by the time i woke up. drove my room mate nuts.

we had a weekend where all the guys came out and drank. my buddy woke up at 9, busted in my room, and yelled "hey, davey! wanna play pass the bottle? i got--- what the fuck?! its fucking freezing in here! fuck you!" and slammed the door. we still talk about my frigid icebox of a room alot. now i keep my room in the 60s.

i keep my cabin at about 62 and i like it that way.

no one should be able to turn their heat above 67 unless they have a woodstove. it's a waste of electricity and/or power.

Well, Pat, I know you do prefer to sleep in -4 degrees.

Poor circulation will definitely make at least your hands and feet feel colder.

In addition to my dorm being heated like a normal building, there is an individual heater in every room. Mine is always on. It gets pretty hot in here. Feels amazing after walking all around campus from class to class.

I'd say ideal temp is around 72 in the winter and around 68 or so in the summertime.
