Yeah, that sucks, but it is a penalty. You're supposed to be in control of your stick at all times, even if you're getting hit.

Couple of notes before I leave for my own hockey game:

1. I've never sworn so much at my TV in my entire life. Every time on of the Senaturds get hit, I tell him to fuck off.

2. The refs are bull shit tonight. I don't mind the high stick call on Pominville, but what about Connolly getting tripped 30 seconds before that?

3. Fuck off Spezza, Neil, and Ruutu.

4. I loved seeing Kovalev get laid out by Myers.

5. Please keep this play up so I have good news to come home to later tonight.

That wasn't a penalty. Pommers was trying to shoot the puck, and may/may not have touched it. Should have been considered a follow through
