Why do you think I have saying the Sabres need to shake up this roster alittle. They can't beat this team and their is no way they will beat Washington and Pittsburgh in a 7 game series not with their current roster. Good things happened when they drove to the net and got 2 goals but then mistake after mistake.

We got ourselves back in the game; and had the momentum. We let it get away.

Alfredsson is clutch, Spezza to a lesser extent. We have no clutch player(s) - and desperately need one, if not more.

Well if making the playoffs is your goal, stay the course with the current crew. If winning something is your goal, fucking go do it.

You know you're 100% right. It isn't about being a top scorer. We have a lot of scorers on this team, but there is a big difference in scoring throughout a season and being clutch.

In 05-06, we would have scored.

Talent wise, we are better. No doubt in my mind. Mental and physical toughness are where they have the edge.
