I wasn't really looking for your approval, but I guess I'll take it where I can get it. I haven't screamed for a big name player over the past couple years, because even with the addition of one player like that, we'd still be so far away from contending it wouldn't matter. Now, we are VERY close. And not "playoff" contender close, but LORD - STANLEY'S - FUCKING - CUP contender close.

Yeah, but that's not his defensive responsibility. Shakira was out for a stroll up near the top of the circles. Kennedy recognized Alfie before Shakira did, an did his best to try and cover.

That's because they have a GM that is committed to winning and will make the necessary changes at any cost to make a winner and not rely on just the draft to do it.

toronto is also last in the division, while we are first. I know its frustrating and maybe if the right deal comes along, take it, but don't change too much and ruin team chemistry
