I really don't understand Billy Ray Cyrus. If I were him I'd do everything in my power to keep my kids out of the public eye. What a ridiculous father to let one underage daughter parade on stage with a stripper pole while the one that's still a couple years off from puberty, who probably still has her child's imagination in all its glory, starts a line of underwear for young girls. I mean, if the kid wants to be on a show and has the acting ability to do it and is cast at the age of twelve or thirteen, whatever. That's not a child anymore. Just guide the kid and always be there to make sure there's no being taken advantage of and fully explain all the ramifications of everything. But everything else? WHAT. He's a terrible father for not only not loving his children enough to protect them from that, but actually encouraging it.
