Miller stopped walking on water - somewhat predictably as he was overplayed by The Genius.....

This 'genious' is an assistant coach on Team Canada. Nuff said.

I was commenting on how hard it is to get a job as a coach on a national team.

You guys can Mark my words right now:

Kassian will be a Milan Lucic type player
Luke Adam will be like Patrick Sharp
Braden McNabb will be a lot like a Bayden Coburn
Tyler Ennis will be dynamic like Connolly
Gogulla will also be a very solid 3rd/2nd line player

In 2-3 years we're going to have a ton of home grown talent. No doubt in my mind.

I'm glad you are a glass half full guy..I was like you like 15-20 years ago lol

Not so much about being half full, as I typically watch, no joke, probably 300 hockey games a season, and spend a lot of free time watching films, and clips of our prospects. I have what they call an unhealthy addiction to hockey. But I guess there are worse things I could be addicted to.

I'll see everyone after the Olympic break. The Sabres have already started their break, so I figure it is best for my peace of mind if I start, too.

Be well.

I think buffalo needs to call up some players from Portland like Ennis, Gerbe and Mancari. I feel they need to give Mancari one last shot and see how he does. Can't hurt right? He will give probably as much effort as the sabres have the last two nights!

I hope your right. Because I'm hoping for the samething. I still think this team needs a number 1 center or winger.

Rule #1.................Make your own hope (i.e. Darcy, bring in Sharp, Vesteeg and Barker if necessary).
Rule #2.................Refer to rule number 1.

He has had several chances since 05-06; and he's never given us a reason to keep him up. He's got great talent, with shit for brains and work ethic.

Welp, this game put me in a great mood for working the late shift, working again tommorow afternoon, and then busting out 3 essays by monday morning. Great uplifting weekend thanks to school, work, and the Buffalo Sabres.

As much as some of us would want Sharp, Versteeg and Barker the Hawks won't trade those guys this year and if they do you better be willing to give up some key pieces to get them. Do you really think Darcy is going to do that? I highly doubt it. That trade would be so much easier to make on Xbox NHL 10

Sorry, I didn't know I was writing a paper here. You just can't let go what I said before about American announcers. Glad to know I hurt your feelings!

Does nationwide have speakers on their god damned boards. Everytime a fan bangs on the boards it sounds like it's two inches away. Another reason to hate columbus.

Well I'm glad we could help Steve Mason turn his season around...he's going to get a shut out against the 3rd best team in the conference.

At least we retain that title for tonight. Thank you Leafs/Habs.
