If anyone was involved with this topic before, they know I work out very seriously, eat great and track both diet intake and my time at the gym. I've plateaued like crazy these last two weeks and every suggestion so far from everyone I know has failed. Now, again, let me preface this by saying, I know much more than the average person about fitness/nutrition and even I am baffled by my inability to break through this plateau I'm stuck in. Whats your goal? Build Muscle? Tone? Fat Loss?
Also what is your workout like? What do you do on an average trip to the gym?
