Yea, I hear he got an assist on Inglourious Backes' goal.

That means he's PPG IN THE OLYMPICS OMG

That's his first career assist???!! How is that possible? 05-07 we scored so many goals. Your telling me he didn't touch the puck prior to any of those goals? Wow....
And yes he has 2 assists in the Olympics.

Adam is specifically talking the Games, not his NHL career.

He said his first career point as an Olympian...

Did he for sure get credited with an assist against Switzerland? Doesn't say anything on the boxscore.

He didn't get credit for the SUI one, but anyways I think we're just pretending Ryan is a master with the stick now? He's not!! In fact, I propose he NEVER leaves the crease. I panic every time he goes near the puck to handle it. Injury or give-away is all I can think, and I'm usually not disappointed.

Stop being such a Debbie Downer, Ryan Miller is an American hero who has shown that he is now clearly a threat for the Canadians for not only his goaltending prowess, but now because he is also an offensive machine.

MAAAAAACCCHHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNEEE!!!!!!!!

I hope this kid becomes the machine, and fucking stuns Canada. Ryan is a good dude, and I'd like to see that happen to a good dude. He'd take it in stride too.

Ryan Miller win, and Bobby Ryan hat-trick ftw. I think Bobby stood out early in the Swiss game. Didn't watch today's game.

:D
Warning: Do not tempt to the godress Fly on the standing of Ryan Miller :D

I happen to agree Fly, if the American's can pull it off with Miller in net I would go so far as to say he would be a National Hero. But, we aren't there yet, so the annointment was a little premature. I would like to see Quick in net for the Canadian game, he has been a great goalie this season and the fire in his belly may be just what the Americans could spring board off of. Its a team game, I want them to win it as a team is all.

The announcers during the Swiss game said that Miller should have been credited with an assist but they officially didn't, but it's a matter of opinion on whether he should have got one on that goal or not..

Anyways, Miller needs quarterback the USA's PP unit..
