That's pretty subdued, dude. I'd say you let her off easy.

A cheap pair of Easton Synergy skates will do just fine.

It wasn't directed at her, it was just the reaction I had as soon as I heard the question. She had no idea I would have gotten that pissed off.

I would be on the floor laughing if I had witnessed that.

I think I shall waste my evening watching documentaries.

I just called out my sixteen-year-old cousin for being a racist of the white power variety. I mean, he already knows he's a racist and he takes pride in it, but I highly doubt he's ever heard a dissenting opinion in his life living in that town. Whenever one of my parents asks me why I dislike the people there despite their general small-town kindness I usually just pull a :? and wonder how they could be so blind. Pretty sure my uncle's a racist. The rest of the kids in that family are and the two oldest credit him with passing it to them, sooooo... The youngest either just turned eight or is about to turn eight, not sure which. It's sad.

Read that guys review about buying skates Phil, it will do wonders and explain everything you need to know.

You will probably need something a bit stiffer then S1 skates.

The higher the number the stiffer they are and better for you, especially with you being a bit on the heavier side(not saying your fat at all) you'll destroy those skates in a fairly quick time.

Okay so i need to plan a trip to Norway. and all the flights i'm finding send me to helsinki first which is beyond norway. so i ask who designed that flight plan. oh lets fly over oslo to just fly back two hours later.
still going to be cool though. spending my birthday in norway i think the parents will kill me when i tell them, but hey their is also a wedding involved that i'm part of the party. Going to be interesting seeing that i don't speak a word of norwegian. And this is one trip the mother cannot tag along. thankfully she doesn't know the wedding party. (i don't hate my parents just need some time away from them, they can be a bit smothering).

I don't understand why people (well, girls, typically) have a tendency to own 3902842342 pairs of shoes. Breaking in a new pair of shoes sucks, and shoes that are broken in are typically awesome. Also... How are the ballet flats that most girls insist on wearing all the time ever practical in February? ...In Indiana? Every time I go somewhere with a group of girls they just complain about how cold their feet are. Well, duh. Then they slide all over the place and occasionally fall and move ridiculously slowly over ice because there is absolutely no tread on their shoes. I don't understand. It's so weird to me. Not including the shoes I wore to my high school that had a dress code I've always just had one pair of shoes since I was... mmm, twelve or thirteen, whenever it was that my mother stopped buying me shoes. They're always those black hiking boot things and in men's (I'm a 7.5 in men's sizes haha)... I've only bought two pairs of those, ever, because they take a while to fall apart, and I've bought one pair of dress shoes in the past five years that I expect to last me at least another five years because the occasions on which I wear them are so rare.

My feet are never cold because I walked across a parking lot in the winter. I can follow my natural inclination and completely ignore sidewalks in the winter and cut across the campus (I know from my footprints I'm the only one on campus that does this during the winter lolol) and not have to worry about my feet getting wet. I can spontaneously run without issue. I can run on my toes like I'm wearing ballet shoes ('K that's not practical but it still looks really funny and can't be done in flats; standing can, but not actually moving in my experience).

I guess... OK, if you're going to have eight million pairs of shoes whatever, but don't complain in February when the reason you're complaining is that your shoes are completely inadequate by your own choice.

I'm not actually a girl.

Wow, my TA is the worst lecture leader ever. This guy would make Ben Stein exciting...honestly he's the king of monotone, and knows very little about the subject material to begin with.

Just bought myself some Bauer Vapor X:20's today.

Can't wait to skate on a skate that fits right and isn't too big.
