Right. Like Millsey said. Canada will be plenty mad if/when we meet again, ay?

Brodeur needs to retire. He basically cost Canada the game. Yes, he was great, but now he's past it.

I am sort of just because the Canada's goal tending is not good and there offense is pretty bad.

Yeah, he got a bit too eager on the play that led to Drury's goal

I don't see this Howie. I just see us celebrating being the best team in the prelims.

We may have to do this all over again???

POOR US!

It was a great game, Howie. But looking at this team, I honestly think we're missing guys like Sakic, Yzerman & Co. in that locker room. By default, I'm not writing Canada off, but I won't be shocked in the least if we're knocked out. I just don't feel it.

Miller played absoFUCKINGlutely amazing tonight. My hopes are that he can keep that up in the post-olympic era of this season without burning out. This game was like 4 combined in one game in the NHL.

Please Darcy, get this man a better backup for the stretch run

You ALWAYS write off Canada after a loss. Truth is your STILL the talent hotbed unquestionably.

This has become ridiculously imminent now. Miller's eyes were bloodshot in the PGI. Dehydrated like a drunk. If they make no move in net, then Darcy really is a dummie.

I know I do ;) but when it comes to Olympics Canada has only won gold once (2002) in the last 50+ years, that hurts

Which is true, but the Americans play better as a team than the Canadians at this point, which is the most important factor.

It was a well-deserved win for Team USA. Congrats guys.

Maybe it's Crawford. If his system was simple enough to install in 3 days with a fresh roster, fine, but it ain't. I'd have Lindy doing it, because he wings it for a living.
