It doesn't happen often, and all Canucks aren't like this, but should this happen again, Squanto. Then shove something in their mouths to shut them up!

Garlic Fingers and Poutine were made for such reasons!

I know some people who are like this and they are annoying douchebags, especially when they have no fucking idea what they are talking about. I hope you guys threw something at them.

I should be a motha fuckin prophet, yo!

I called this the minute this team was announced. They obviously didn't check their egos at the door.

Haha.

Even the reporters and such were saying if you shut down the Sharks line and Crosby, you'll beat Canada.

 Or stick Marty B in the nets. Either/or :P

Haha, and does anyone see how the Jersey trap has made Broduer who he is now?

Hold the puck too long and only get 45 shots. I agree they look to pass too much but I don't think yu can complain about passing too much when we outshot them by a 2:1 ratio. I think if anyone needs to check their egos its Babcock. He's overplaying the Staal Getzlaf Perry line. They should be our fourth line and Morrow should be getting tons more minutes. Same goes for Toewsy. As for Pronger and Neids they should just go out back and kick the crap out of each other so we can use Robidas and Bouwmeester instead.

Well Canada tends to shoot alot more then other teams, but all in all they need to look for passes and such before just firing a shot away alot of the time.

Still a great game and I'm very excited for this USA team right now.

You should be because I can honestly see Miller steal the rest of the games for the States.

At points, I was thinking this was the MTL Canadiens out there. As a d-man, I understand you need to move the puck on and from the blueline to open up some lanes. But my god. When you spend that much time passing the puck, it almost looks like they're trying to find the perfect pass. In this tourny, it ain't gonna happen unless your a top feeder against a bottom feeder. And even THAT is pushing it.

I said it before, and I'll say it again. I have a hardon for Webbers slap shot from the point. The guy has a cannon! get that man the puck more!

You Canadians need to stop going Hitler after losses(see Sens hitler youtube). This wasn't the "big game". The gold is still wide open. I'll be shitting razor blades until(and if) the U.S. and A wins.

If they listen to Ruff, they will be fine. Crawford is probably being too complex.

Reports of Canada's demise or lack of heart are greatly exaggerated, gang. They really dominated everywhere but on the scoreboard. Not to take anything away from our win, it was remarkable, but don't think for a minute we outplayed them.

You're 110% right daz. The gold is still wide open. I hope they listen to Lindy because if they don't then they're screwed, IMO.

I'm not taking this game to heart at all. Infact, this whole Olympic Games, I'm not taking seriously. My main worry is post Olympics. but I know the people you speak of. I work with some of them and I'm already anticipating them to call in sick for work tomorrow because they're fucking homers who give the rest of us a really bad name.

To me, this is just a game. but Sabres hockey? Thats a god damn fucking religion!!!! When we lose a game, anyone can ask MM. I'm fucking sour for 2 days after!

Ryan Miller outplayed Martin Brodeur the entire game, ETC. That would be, oh, 60 minutes of outplaying him.

Plus, now Canada has to play Germany in the qualifiers and then the winner plays Russia in the quarterfinals. Either Canada or Russia is going home.
