I was lurker on the old boards, alot more than I was a poster. Here, I probably still lurk alot more than I post, but I feel drawn to giving my opinion here alot more than I did there. The people I remember reading when I started up are the same people who are here now basically. Damnit I'm the NEWB! haha

ok, so I agree with some of this, but AudSabre, I wouldn't call us delusional nor dysfunctional :P

I think our trip to Buffalo and meeting some of the team helped with this conversion... I loved the fact that they took the time to stop and sign thigs for us :) ...even if Miller only splashed me with his car. Meeting Myers was definetly EPIC! I am just dissapointed I never got a picture of him! Maybe another picture op in 2 more week?!?!?! :-D Have I mentioned that I think Buffalo is a beautiful city full of very tasty beer and food?

yeah yeah yeah..... before I joined, whenever I watched they WON! .....didn't think the whole "joining of the boards" would jinx the team. Those are my first memories of the boards; my welcoming statement by AudSabre, and jinxing the team into a losing streak. I am very glad that since I have been wearing the Myers 3rd jersey that AudSabre got me for our anniversery, they have won :) Let the winning streak continue!!!!

I joined the old boards just before the Slug was introduced. I remained in the uniform section for sometime trying my best to help come up with a more suitable logo and look. Then I got in to normal Sabres topics, argued with Bowler over why Miller was better than Biron. I feel like such an ass now cause I told Bowler to "Shut up". My first private topic was the whole revolt for more mods where I argued with Mike because he was being an ass to Schony. Then after the addition of mods and a changed board I went into the lounge and the rest is history.
