3rd man in only comes into play if a third party interferes with a fight that is in-progress.


Well then you get the addition 2 for jumping the guy, or whatever the NHL calls it, it happens all the time.

I think they'd just call it a roughing.

Oh I agree, our "grit" defensive men are not being overly gritty right now. I think our 3rd and 4th lines are doing a fine job, even Stafford is using his size tonight. Gotta get more physical play from Montador, Loods, and Rivet for sure

Believe it or not, Buffalo has this game, they will win it. I can tell, Boston doesn't have enough in the tank. Lindy is actually playing this one smart, not letting it get out of hand, costing them the game.
