I tied with DC Hopeless last week.

I've yet to get destroyed because I can win plenty of offensive categories, and since Niemi has sucked San Jose hasn't started him so I need to rely on Turco and he is just fine.

I am a -17 in +/- yet overall I am 3-1 in it so far, hahahahaha.

I still hate the rule change to no minimum games for goalies. If my goalie has a shutout in the first game I'll bench my goalies for the rest of the week and I'm likely to win 3 goalie stats. That's not the intention of the game, isn't it?

You can't bench all your goalies at the same time though. And in theory yes, you would win three of the goalie stats, but if you can't win the offensive stats what would be the point?

You could make a minimum of 2 games played then, so what you said couldn't be done.

I could bench the one who is actually playing that day.
Of course it doesn't effect the offensive stats but it doesn't harm them either. It would be a way to lock 2 or 3 stats, especially if you don't expect to win the games started and wins category.

True, a minimum of 2 games played would prevent this scenario.

yahoo won't let me add/drop a RW'er because I have Varlamov on IR and he is NA (sent to AHL for conditioning). Goalies have nothing to do with skaters.....This sucks

You should be able to, as long as you drop another RW'er or skater.

I had to drop someone when I took Suter off the IR part since he is playing again, which I didn't mind. 5 D-men now.

It was an add/drop situation, one for one. When I tried it gave me an error saying that one of my players was off of IR and that I need to adjust my roster first. Another question, can I move Varli off of IR and put him in a roster spot although he shows NA since he is in AHL temporarily????

Never mind, figured it out

My matchup this week is coming down to the wire.

He had an offensive explosion the other night and last night I caught right up, but how does Callahan go a -1 in an 8-2 rout of Edmonton and not get a single point or +?

Oh so I went against you this week.

It was coming down to the wire but you won soundly since you won all the goalie stats. But I was coming back with offensive ones.

You would have had all the O if my team didn't explode for one day. I think it was 7 goals 8 assists and +8 all in one.

Yea, that night was the explosion of Philly and Washington that night.

I was leading them until that night then slowly started to come back, but couldn't quite make up that night.

I have the number one point getting forward, and top two point getting d-men in my league. My drafting was full of masterstrokes.

I've got Crosby, and made a mistake with Chara over Lidstrom, but Chara does have a lot more PIMs then him. But grabbing Suter while he was on IR might work out if his current injury is nothing.
