Agreed haha. I wish my brothers were still little. Cousins coming in a couple days, though! They are, um... Boy whose age I don't know (terrible lol but I never see them; I think he is seven, not much younger than my youngest brother but whatever), little girl who is four or five, and six-month-old boy that I've yet to meet.

I've always been the designated person to take any baby cousins into an isolated room during family get-togethers so the parents don't have to worry about taking care of them while they're trying to socialize/they won't cry and disturb everyone; hoping that happens again lol. I love little children, but I won't show affection or be extroverted at all with them around a lot of people because it just seems incongruous with my personality to most who know me irl (I won't even hold babies). I still have an imagination, though, so I do love playing with them, and children and animals bring me more happiness than anything else. Pretty much dogs are the only beings I show affection to in the presence of others.

i just had the worst night ever. going to the bars with friends to get over an ex should never include running into your ex, with another girl.

I just love the fact that most of the time, I'm getting paid to sit around and read a book/watch TV. Plus, I'm getting paid more money in less time than I would working almost anywhere else. It's awesome.

lol That too. I used to love getting paid to "babysit" my brothers, when really I wouldn't do anything differently. Basically if they got too quiet I'd go check on them, but usually they would be occupied with things they were allowed to do.

3.824 this semester.

In order to get your name in the pamphlet and gold chords for the next tier of Latin honors (magna cum laude), you have to get above a 3.5 overall by the end of this semester.

Fucking missed it by .006. If I had one grade changed to an A- or my one A- turned into an A, I would have had it. :(

Ugh, that is one of the worst feelings ever. Feel better. :(

It really is. I used to make BANK when I babysat in middle school. This one family would pay me like $60 when they'd go out for like 3 hours.

My friend's sister babysits for a few families in this really, really rich neighborhood and she makes so much money. They are taking her to Mexico for a week so she can babysit their kids when the parents go out at night. All expenses paid, plus they're paying her a grand to do it. Can't believe it! I wish I still babysat.

I don't think I've had one remote control that did everything, perfectly, since...well ever.
Harmony one has been beaten into submission after a couple hours.
Man I love this thing.

Thaaaaat's rough. Can't imagine how frustrating it must be to miss it by that little.

I know. At the very least, I make 10 dollars an hour, which is way better than the theater. (I quit) So far my best has been making 15 dollars an hour. It's fucking awesome.

That is so cool, for your friend's sister. My friend babysits for someone around here who does a lot of traveling for her job. Places like Rome, Greece, Paris, etc. She said she'd pay my friends way, and pay her for babysitting to go with them. Talk about incredible. That's the kind of job I want lol.

I'm stalking the Facebook of a girl that is only a year older than I am but has already been in Uganda several years raising thirteen girls that she adopted on her own (if one can consider it "stalking" when her profile is public, and she wants people to see it). Also she homeschools them and is the head of a home for four hundred more children. What even is my life. I admire people like that so much.

For the first time in over 4 years, I've had to call in sick for work breaking the streak. I don't feel bad about doing it though because of how absolutely shitty this sinus infection is. Today will be a day full of Kleenex, Neo citrine, Tylenol sinus meds and sleep.

Hopefully I feel better for the USA/Canada game tonight. Should be one hell of a match!

I hate when I go to a forum, in this case a weight lifting forum, and ask for some advice, and then get made fun of for asking a question...last time I checked thats what message boards are for isn't it? Especially in a section labeled "Advice"; This is why I hate the internet, too many dicks all over it, showing how much smarter they can try to be than someone else.

I'm not saying we all have to agree and get along, but if someone came here and asked "What is the reason the Sabres aren't winning" we're gonna have 5000 different responses, but I dont think anyone would say "Go back to the NFL forum you pussy, you don't know shit about hockey, and you aren't worthy of our opinion"

Fucking eh, stupid cock sucking jersey shore wanna be's just pissed me the fuck off, and ruined a good start to my day.

What kind of question would warrant that kind of response?

Simply asked in a cutting phase what the appropriate number of days I should be lifting, and roughly how much protein, someone at 5'10 175lbs and 14.4% body fat should be eating during that phase.

Responses included ripping me for "not knowing what I was doing", telling me to stay out of the gym, telling me to go do my own research, and telling me that I should join jenny craig...lol...kinda innovative, but still douchey.
