Larger screen has nothing to do with better, larger screen means one thing, yes a better resolution, but worse battery life.
So I want to see 1080p on a 4 inch screen? Why, in large TV's you will only notice 1080p in screens larger than 40 inches, 720p to 1080p on a 4 inch screen, the naked eye will never notice the difference.
4G is still only useful if you have it, for those that don't have it, don't need it. Plus 4G and battery life don't mix right now either, and we all know Droids would be dead in 2 hours with 4G on, they already can't keep a charge for more than 4 hours. (exaggeration if you can't tell)
Better OS? How is it so much better, I want your opinion on why, besides customization, because you can customize iOS as much as you want to. Yes, you need a jailbreak, but you have access to EVERYTHING down to the exe files or whatever they are called in iOS and can do what you want with it then.
My personal experience, iOS is smoother, runs better and faster, and works very well. I have only had to cold restart my phone maybe 2 times total, plus I don't need an app killer to kill apps either.
The largest processor I've seen in a phone is only rated at a 1.5GHz dual core. The iPhone 4S is running dual core 1 GHz. Pretty much the only thing you listed which to me is anything.
One thing I noticed is the RAM of all these phones. Pretty much all are at 1GB. You can have the fastest processor out there, but with little RAM it means nothing. Your computer and phone can only processor apps as fast as the RAM will allow. Got a lot of apps running, you'll have used a lot of RAM.
supposedly, android 4.0.0 (4.1.0 is out now too) is a bare android OS. no "motoblur" or "HTC sense"... just pure google android. i guess thats why it runs so seamlessly. every android phone is considered an "iphone killer" and the only one that really come anywhere close is the EVO. but i hear the google galaxy nexus is just the perfect phone in terms of how it runs.
also, google wallet just sounds awesome.
i was reading reviews, and for ATT, apparently the galaxy S2 is still the highest rated ATT phone. but that was over the summer. the iphone 4 was number 2. i guess because just how seamless the S2 OS runs.
