If you want a really nice AWD coupe with over 200hp then check out the Audi A5/S5. It is one of the sexiest designs from Audi.

BMW is coming out with their refreshed 3-Series, which can be had with XDrive AWD. The coupe is going to be available with the new turbocharged inline-six and have less turbo lag, replacing the previous twin-turbochaged inline-six.

Subaru does have some of the best all-wheel-drive systems in the industry, they are worth a look at.

Cadillac CTS-4 offers AWD and a 304 hp direct injection V-6. It has received good reviews from the automotive press.

As much as I dislike Nissan, the Infiniti G37x is a great car that gives the 3 Series a run for its money.

It all depends on your price range, I'm not sure about leasing prices with these options but I know that some of them can rack up the bill with options.

The only Toyota I'd ever own, would be a MKIV Supra or MKIII. :D

Who doesn't love an inline-6 2jz-gte engine capable of 1000HP on stock bottom ends?

Or the 7m-gte, with tightened head studs because head gaskets blow since they aren't torqued enough.

Well, I modify everything I can get my hands on too...a lease agreement would probably frown upon bolting on an extra turbo ;)

Ain't that right XC.

Wasn't thinking of modifications down the road.

Hmmm...

I found a certified BMW 328xi AWD with 27K on it listed at 25, which I can work him down on. Nice car.

I'm the type of person who wants a car that is about as old as me, and to drop in a newer engine and such.

That is why I want a 240sx, swap the KA24 for either an SR20 or RB25, depends on the money situation at the time.

Wanna buy mine? It's a 1990 with 126k miles ;)

Depends on the price really, I would.

I'm a fan of cars personally. Some people might tell you to get a bike, a snowmobile, or a hoovercraft, but if you want vehicle advice, I say go for a car. :P

How did I forget one of the best AWD cars around.

The new Nissan GT-R. Get one of those.

Not at all.

Automatic or manual?

Automatic. I'm not very good at driving manual.

Most people laugh when I tell them that. You probably won't meet anyone better at driving and docking boats than me, but the concept of standard evades me.

The automatic is a 6 speed with autostick, so I can still pretend if I want to. It's also adaptive.

Well, no complaints, everyone has their opinion on manual and automatic.

I just like the whole I need to shift thing.

Definitely a good looking car. VW's are decent for quality and longevity as well.
Very nice.

My dream car:

First, one with a working transmission.

Second, I'd like a minivan again. I was so against getting a MOM car when I got mine and couldn't wait to get rid of it. Then after it was gone, I REALLY miss having the floor space and room for a lot of kids. I used to be able to put my entire Girl Scout troop in my van and didn't know how good I had it until I ended up with a Blazer. No place to put my purse, no place for my two kids, a friend each and an extra mom. I looked in the back when I bought and thought...look how much room for groceries!! But with the minivan, you can stuff things under the seats and can hold three times as many groceries. I can go to Watertown and go to Sam's for the bulk stuff, go to Walmart and buy some stuff for the kids and yarn for me, then go to Price Chopper (and close my eyes and dream that I'm in Wegmans) and buy more groceries and still have room to spare!!

I'm hoping that when we get our tax return back, I'll be able to get a new-to-me minivan again. A Caravan would be nice. Anyone hear about a better minivan?

Owning a manual is fun, but sometimes, it's great to have an automatic, like when you're trying to eat on the go, or your girlfriend wants to boost your morale on a road trip ;)

Not sure if anyone wants to buy a Toyota anymore, but my friend loves his Siennas. They've got great pep to them, and the interiors are pretty nice as far as vans go.

Thanks for the compliments on my pick, folks! I'm picking her up this afternoon. :D

I love and prefer to drive a manual transmission, but when I got my last car, I had the choice between 2 identical A4's, one manual, one automatic.
I had to get the automatic because it's my commuter car.
Going over a mountain twice a day in stop and go LA traffic will make anyone hate a manual gearbox.

I'm a fan of manual transmissions too. Although I agree that SoCal traffic would probably make me reconsider. :)
